Meditation and Healing Circles

Be a part of a like-minded group that cultivates balance, peace and compassion in their everyday life. Join our weekly circles as we share in the healing energy that is created through gathering together, sharing spirtual discussion and meditating collectively.  These classes include spirtual discussion and teachings, guided meditations, silent meditation, inspirational readings and an ending relaxation. Enjoy the relaxation, renewal and peace that is inherent in stopping, sitting and bringing awareness to our inner and outer life.

 These weekly circles are a prepaid, preregistered class on a monthly basis. Because of space considerations, class attendance is on a first come, first serve basis.



Cost
Registration for the weekly meditation circles are prepaid, preregistered on a monthly basis.

$15.00 per class times # of sessions in a month
$20.00 per individual preregistered class
$20.00 drop in that night but must call ahead to make sure there's room
9:00-10:30a - Morning Class
7:30-9:00p - Evening Class

Basic Mindfulness Meditation Training
Meditation can quiet our minds, focus our energy, cultivate a sense of well-being and help us develop a wise and compassionate honesty with ourselves. This is a basic introduction to insight meditation techniques which includes:
-general and specific information about meditation
-practicing with guided meditation
-practicing in silent meditation
-questions answered

Cost: $30.00 per person for 2 hour training
Training is by request.

Let us come together for the power of silence and group meditation. There will be no talking except for directives at the beginning. Please join us for a morning meditation retreat that includes:

Short dharma talk, Beginning guided meditation
Longer silent meditations, Breathing,
Walking meditation, Ending relaxation
