Why Yoga for Children?
The benefits of yoga have been documented time and time again-increased health, calm, coordination, concentration, creativity, stamina, body awareness, flexibility, balance and strength. These all lead to feelings of confidence, clarity and well-being. For children who live in a fast paced world manifesting in worry, stress, and inability to concentrate, yoga allows them to pause, and gives them tools to become less anxious, more focused, creative and happier. This not only impacts their success as students, it makes them better at everything they do.
